How do I restore default settings in GarageBand on MacBook Air?

Naive me, recording narration for a novel thought I'd change some sliders to see if I could get fancy with character voices. I did not think to take screen shots of all the dials and sliders so I could put it back the exact way it was. Now everything sounds terrible and there's no way back. Or is there? Please help. Just want to get back to those fresh out of the box settings that all first time being opened GarageBand Apps start with.
