Can Apple TV 4K replace one of my Fios media servers?

I’ve got Fios internet and tv. 3 of the tvs have a set top box (media server - one is a master and two are slaves). I’ve got a 4th tv that I’d like to use without a Verizon media server - instead I’d line to use an Apple TV 4K box. Would I be able to watch all of my Fios programming on the 4th tv using the Apple TV 4K box?
