Hello, when I open any of my Focus settings, the people and apps will not open to allow me to edit people and apps.
I have closed Settings and restarted my iPhone 16 Pro Max multiple times and that does not help.
what could be blocking me from editing people and apps in my Focus settings?

Are there any restrictions enabled in Settings>Screen Time? Do you have a corporate email account on your phone?

What happens if you create a new one? Can you edit that? If so, delete the broken ones and re-create them.
I can only modify them using MacOS. I deleted the schedules from all the Focus settings and re-created them. I did not delete or recreate any Focus group.
However, it appears that editing the schedule settings in MacOS, in my case, unlocked the ability to manage people and apps in iOS.
Theoretically, deleting the Focus groups and recreating them would also work.

For things that don't take very long to set up again (e.g. email accounts, alarms, Focus), I find that deleting and restarting is generally the fastest, simplest way to resolve issues. I'm not a patient person and troubleshooting can be a very annoying, exacting process.

My preference is always to explore the underlying cause. It may take longer, but I enjoy the process of problem-solving and sharing the results if it can help anyone else. Thank you for chiming in on my issue. It started after the last iOS update.
