I need to update the os for my Mac but I am not sure what new os would be convenient for a 2017 (MB 14,3) now I have Big Sur and I wonder how to install Ventura. Any ideas?

Just so you know, I upgraded my 2017 MBP to Ventura and it's significantly slower. It's definitely feels slower than my older 2014 MBP running Big Sur.
