with Apple TV 4K what can I share

I am thinking about switching from prime and various apps like Hulu, Netflix and others and was curious about how it works with the sharing with 4k? My assumption is that I can share with 5 others if I purchase the family version but only share the true apple services like arcade, music, tv and not other services like Hulu, Netflix etc... wasn't sure if I signed up for those via apple and they were included in the sharing or if I still signed up separately and sharing was per the agreements with the individual organizations and still have to manage all the various logins etc... we have 2 locations and when we travel between we always have to tell the apps that we are the same people ... a bit of a pain now that they stopped sharing ..and it doesn't allow for variances like our where we are not sharing but just changing locations on a regular basis. any insights welcome

The Apple TV is just a streaming box, it has no sharing options in and of itself.

You can subscribe to the Apple TV+ service and share that, but that does not include other services like Netflix or Hulu. And it can be shared wether you have an Apple TV box or just using the Apple TV app on a smart TV or other streaming device.

3rd party services like Netflix and Hulu need to be subscribed to independently and use their apps and their logins on the Apple TV box. They are not tied in to the Apple TV+ subscription in any way.

The Apple TV app on the Apple TV box offers the options of subscribing to channels which can be shared over Family Sharing. Things like Paramount+, Amc+, Britbox etc...

Just to be very clear (though Phil0124 did mention it): AppleTV+, the streaming service ONLY gives you Apple's original content. It's not like Prime where you have decades of old movies and TV shows and access to some live feeds as well.

AppleTV+ is not a replacement for Prime Video, Netflix or Hulu. If you haven't already done the free trial, I suggest you do that (or just subscribe for a month) and check out what is available. I think a lot of the shows and movies are excellent and many are critically acclaimed but I can't imagine using it as my only streaming service.
