Refund request for $75 Gift Card purchased at shoppers drug mart not working

I bought a Gift Card worth $75, at Shoppers Drug Mart. I have 2 gift cards one is $25, 50 dollars. Just a gift to my Friends, she told me the Card is not working. So that's why? I am emailing this, Please email me back if I can refund please Thank you.
