Incorrectly installed iOS update Iphone 13

updated the iOS version via the iTunes application on the computer. the Internet connection was via the phone. when updating, the phone turned off, and apparently the update was installed incorrectly, I had to wait until the battery was discharged to reboot the phone. after that, the phone freezes when viewing photos, videos, audio and audio messages. The camera app also freezes. rebooting the phone helps to get rid of all these problems, but after connecting the phone to the charger, everything returns. updating the iOS version does not help
