Apple Account disabled after fraudulent subscription payment

my apple account has been disabled because someone sold me fake money to purchase subscription in anghami plus and that person ran away and I live in a country where we do not have a number for support from apple. how to get my apple account fixed? please I need help i can not download or purchase anything on my iphone.
