Why is there a facebook logo on my apple watch and how do I get rid of it?

Unknown. Facebook is owned by Meta it has nothing to do with Apple, and is in no way included on any Apple Watch. Not sure, if by logo you mean there's an app installed, or is just an image or wallpaper or what exactly is happening since we cannot see what you see.
If somehow you installed Facebook on the paired iPhone, it may install it on the watch too.
