Find a friend’s iPhone
How do I ping a friend‘s iPhone if they cannot find it?
they are in my iCloud account and have location services turned on.
iPhone 11 Pro, 18
Enter the Apple ID and Password used to originally set up your friend's phone.
The phone is not going to appear on the map unless the battery is good, the phone is powered on and the phone has a good Internet connection.
If the phone shows as "Offline", one or more of the items above is the culprit
If the result is "No Device Found"......Find My was not enabled on the phone that is missing
