Apple Watch Series 10 won't connect to my mobility account

Watch wont connect to my mobility account. Plan reads no Sim and status no connection. Been on the phone 2 times now for over an hour and still no fix. Waiting for a call back……… very frustrating after spending the amount of money on my watch and then paying extra to have the plan on my watch to use like your phone. This is the reason i bought it.

Have you added a watch connection to your carrier? Most carriers, if they support theWatch, charge a fee for it to be added to your account, usually $10/mo. Who is your carrier?

If you had a watch paired to your iPhone previously did you unpair that watch and choose to keep your cellular plan, assuming you had one.

Finally, can you activate an Watch SIM without being paired to an iPhone? The answer is no.
