Casinogames and Device Management

I have tried downloading many casino games. Game Vault, JUWA, Orion Stars, etc etc etc. none can be downloaded or installed until I get into VPN/Device Management in settings and give the app permission to manage. Ami doing something wrong or can I take away management after it is installed? Thanks and kind regard
