iCloud to be blocked then deleted

Today I received a email stating my iCloud would be blocked then deleted today. This was the only notification. I have to pay money to get unblocked/deleted. Is the an official email from iCloud?

Most definitely a scam. First, Apple does not notify you saying your Apple Account is going to be terminated, if it were to happen you would find out by logging in. Second, Apple would never charge you money to get your Apple Account unblocked, that is just silly. Do not interact and delete it.
