How do I get a full refund for an unauthorised Apple.com/iTunes bill?

money deducted for something I did not authorise. I need my full refund

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. To request a refund for content that was purchased from Apple that you didn't authorise, you can follow these steps:


  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".
  3. Choose "I didn't mean to buy this".
  4. Choose the app, subscription or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
