I am from India and frequently travel to the EU. Previously, call recording was working fine on my iPhone 16 Pro; I am experiencing an issue. When I press the record button during a call, it briefly starts but immediately shows a message saying, "Call recording started, and then immediately it stops recording and says this call is no longer recorded."
Could you please advise how to fix this issue?

In some countries and regions, you can record a phone call when you’re talking to one other person. In select regions and languages, you can view the transcript of the call in the Notes app. See the iOS and iPadOS Feature Availability website.
Note: Call recording is not currently available in Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Egypt, the European Union, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
