How can I schedule monthly medications in Apple Health?

I have to give myself a monthly injection that I’m trying to add to my medications schedule in Apple Health. I don’t see the ability to enter a custom schedule. For example, I take my shot once every month on the 13th. It looks like you can set intervals to take daily and then stop but not the reverse - not take daily and the start.

Medication App - Useless for therapy The health application does not provide for drugs that are taken with different frequencies. How can I set the duration of a medication in the Health app? In the new Medications section in the Health app, how can I set a medication to be taken for a duration? For example for a course of 7 days?
