New iPhone - Not all music is available anymore

Hi all, I've seen many questions on here about the same thing but none of the answers seem to address my particular issue so I'm sorry for raising it yet again.

I upgraded my iPhone SE 2nd gen to an SE 3rd gen, did the whole Quick Start to clone it over, but the new phone doesn't have all of my music anymore.

First it had everything on there but at least a third of it at random was greyed out saying it's not available in my region, but now those same songs aren't even visible anymore and I'm not sure when that happened. The weird thing is that there are missing songs in every single album for every single artist just gone at random while others in the same albums are still there. What's more is that it's even doing this for my music, as in MY music, recordings of myself playing covers and even my own original songs I used to write and record. Those are unavailable at random too so I know this isn't an issue about licensing or anything like that.

The weirdest part is that when I go to view all of the music on the iPhone through the Music app on my Macbook, everything seems to be there. It's only when looking at what's on the phone itself that a big chunk of it is missing at random.

Can anyone help me get my music back? Thanks in advance.
