How can I check if my iPhone is being tapped or tracked?

Tap Settings

Tap [Your Name] at the top of the screen

Scroll down to see the devices that are using your Apple ID

Any devices that you do not recognize?

In the extremely unlikely event that you do see a device there that you don't recognize, tap on it to Remove from Account

Unless you handed your phone to someone so they could install an app, you aren't tapped or being tracked. Are you someone extremely important for someone to spend huge sums of money on, like a senator, congressperson, ambassador? If no, the chances anyone has tapped your phone or is tracking you is remote to non-existent at best.

What makes you believe that you are "tapped"? What behavior have you observed on the iPhone that is making you believe this?
