How do I find my IP address on an iPhone?

This may be one of those times when you might wish that you had not asked the question. There are different ways to see the IP Address. The one below uses the settings on your iPhone:

Tap Settings

Tap Wi-Fi

Tap on the "blue i circle" to the right of the name of the Wi-Fi network

Look for the heading of IPv4 Address

Look for the IP Address

But, there is more if your router provides additional IP Addresses

Locate the IPv 6 Heading

Look for IP Address

If you see 2 Addresses, tap on the arrow to see the actual IPV6 addresses which are much longer than the IPv4 address.

So there is a good chance that your iPhone has 3 IP addresses

Your local IP address while using WiFi can be found by Settings->Wifi->tap the “i” info button snd scroll down.

There is no way to check your cellular carrier IP address directly in Settings. Turn off WiFi and visit the website...
