If the phone is connected to the Internet via cellular data, the phone will have another IP address for that interface.
Note that both the Wi-Fi IP address and the cellular IP address can change as a phone moves from one network to another. IPv4 addresses assigned by Wi-Fi hotspots are NOT globally unique. An address such as 192.168.0.2 might simultaneously be in use by a million phones and computers – each behind a router which is prohibited from forwarding that address onto the public Internet.
