New iPhone Malfunctioning After One Month

Dear Apple Support Team,

I hope this finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent issue with my iPhone, which I purchased just one month ago. After such a short period, the device is facing a significant problem: it refuses to charge.

I reached out to Apple Support and was advised to visit an authorized service center here in Egypt. I followed this advice and had the charging socket cleaned and checked However, the issue remains unresolved, as the phone still refuses to charge.

I originally purchased the device from Dubai, but I have since returned to Egypt and am unable to return to Dubai for further assistance. As a result, I am now requesting a replacement for the phone.

I have paid $1,100 for a product that is not functioning correctly after only one month and I find it unacceptable that such a problem has occurred after just one month of use. This issue should not be happening, especially with a premium brand like Apple.

Please consider this an official complaint as I am not willing to accept continued issues with this phone and do not intend to remain silent on this matter. I expect a prompt resolution, including a replacement of the device.

I appreciate your attention to this urgent issue and look forward to your prompt response.

iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18

1) Check the charging cable and adapter are not damaged-> try using a different cable and adapter to see of the issue persists

2)Clean the charging port: sometimes debris or lint can accumulate in the charging port, preventing a proper connection-> use a small, soft brush or compressed air to clean the port gently

3)Restart your iPhone: A simple restart can sometimes resolve charging issues-> for iPhone 8 or newer, press and release the "volume up" button, then the "volume down" button, and finally hold the "side button" until the apple logo appears

4) Try a different power source: Plug your phone into a different power source, such as a different wall outlet, a computer's USB port, or a power bank

5) Check for software updates: Ensure that your iPhone's software is up to date-> Go to Settings-> General->Software Update-> and install any available updates

6)Force Restart: If the phone is still not charging, try a force restart-> for iPhone 8 or newer, press and release the "volume up" button, then the "volume down" button, and finally hold the "side" button until the apple logo appears

7) Contact apple support: If none of the above steps work, it might be a hardware issue. Contact apple support or visit an apple store for further assistance-> macobserver.com or apple.com

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPHONE, iPAD, APPLE TV, AND HOMEPOD SERVICE.

Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and HomePod to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.

Purchase Apple Products from the Apple Online StoreApple Retail Stores, and many Apple-authorized resellers and wireless service providers.
