You mean an outline like this around the woodpecker, is that right?
That outline shows an object that you can grab and use for other things without having the background. You can save the woodpecker as a sticker, for instance. But it only shows with the Info Window is open. Just tap the little (i) in the circle, and the info window will disappear, and the outline will disappear with it.
