No AirPrint unfortunately, so it’ll usually need vendor drivers. And it appears no recent drivers.
Check with the printer vendor too, as they may have something not shown on the downloads page for that printer.
But it does appear to have IPP / IPPS support, so the built-in CUPS will probably work with it.
Here is the CUPS IPP/IPPS printing path:
To enable and access CUPS to configure the printer via IPP/IPPS, enter the following (cut and paste) into Safari:
localhost:631/admin
If that address fails to show anything printer-related in Safari, launch Terminal.app and enter the following command and press return, and then re-try the Safari command (above) again:
cupsctl WebInterface=yes
And add the printer into CUPS from there.
Otherwise, yes, you can potentially be headed for a new printer and preferably with AirPrint support.
