MacBook Air M1 audio issue

Sometimes after I pause a video and hit play again, the video will play normally but the audio will freeze for half a second. It works the same in Safari and QuickTime. Same with music. I use the integrated speakers most of the time. Anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks.
