iPhone display issues during calls and weak signal

Hello !!

does anyone know why my iPhone has display issues when a call or receive calls ? Additionally the same problem may occur when my signal is not strong enough without being in call.

When the phone receives a call, the screen remains black, and I am unable to see the caller’s information or answer the call by tapping on the screen. I have to restart the phone in the end. Can you describe the display issues?

If you have a weak signal the iPhone must increase its output power to maintain a connection. A weak signal (1 bar) requires 10 times as much energy as a strong signal. And if the signal goes in and out the phone will keep trying to connect to the network, even if you are not on a call, and that uses a lot of energy also.
