Open the WatchApp on your iPhone, tap on ->All Watches -> Workout -> Effort Reminder -> Off.

how to stop rating effort after workouts last couple of weeks started to get requests when I haven't configured it to rate my effort. I wish to alternate my workouts and now watch refuses to switch without an effort rating when I consider it not appropriate... nd its extremely annoying now as I need to switch between four or five workout types each morning, quickly and am delayed by not understanding how to stop effort rating.. currently selecting spurious rating 1 for everything, but even that is not 'easy' to do when you have persperation on fingers and thumbs hey! I just want to now how to switch off effort rating as an option before I start a workout type... getting to the point where I will simply stop using Apple Workout to avoid frustration .
