No Garageband folder in Application Support

I just upgraded to Sonoma (from Monterey). I could swear that there was a Garageband folder under Library/Application Support. Now there is none. But all different instructions i find on the web points in that direction. I've done a system wide search for "garageband" as well as just within Library. No luck. Where is it?

Also, where would all the instruments be downloaded? Every single time I open Garageband, it asks me if I want to download them or i could choose later. every time I choose later, it goes ahead and starts downloading something like 16gb of data. I dont want that. how do I stop it? and if i cant stop it, what folder are they downloaded to?
