Unable to set up Face ID after disabling Stolen Device Protection on iPhone 11 Pro Max

My stolen device randomly turn on a few months back and I stopped messing with it. Monday February 17, 2025 I was able to finally get my stolen protection off but now it won’t let me set up my Face ID

There may be something wrong with your TrueDepth camera. Please review the following support articles. 


If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

If an alert says Face ID has an issue on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support


If the above doesn’t help, please make a reservation at your nearest Genius Bar or Authorized Service Provider for diagnostics.
