App Store app is missing from my Ipad

The App Store app is not on my ipad. I have tried searching for it, I have gone to Settings, Sceen Time, Conent and Privacy and made sure all the items are set to allow. When I went to the App Store web site and clicked on the Open the App icon it tells me that Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid. I know this app is part of the operating system and cannot be deleted, but I have not been able to find it no matter what I've tried. Any suggestions would be appreciated
