Ring app missing data

When I go into my Ring app and go to neighbors, I can’t see the activity that’s going on in the neighborhood. It was there yesterday and today it’s gone and it won’t let Part of the app at all. Would deleting the ring app and reinstall it be the answer? I don’t wanna have to reinstall everything that’s connected to it because I am visually and physically impaired. Please help thanks in advance.
