I want to share my experience so no one else falls for the same scam. Recently, I downloaded an app from the App Store that claimed to be DeepSeek AI. Thinking it was the official version, I purchased the premium subscription.

However, it turned out to be a fraudulent app. Despite paying for the premium version, the app simply does not work. Instead of granting access to premium features, it displays a message saying: "Sorry, but you've reached the limit of free messages for the DeepSeek v3 model." This happens even though my subscription is active.

Shortly after, the app was removed from the App Store, confirming that it was fake. Now, I can’t even reinstall it, making it clear that this was a scam.

I reported the fraud to Apple and requested a refund, but Apple decided that my purchase does not qualify for a refund. This is extremely frustrating, as I paid for a non-functional app that was later removed from their store.

If anyone else has gone through a similar situation or has any advice on how to escalate the refund request, I’d really appreciate your help.
