I hate how you can’t use find my for gen 1 like you can the newer one I lost my Apple Pencil and have no way to locate it,Apple if you guys have access to that or if it is something you are capable of can you locate it off my iPad

Apple's Find My network first became available in 2019; on the other hand, the 1st gen Apple Pencil came out in 2015, thus no Find My support.
AFAIK, Apple has not changed the technology of this pencil, nor would I expect them to do so going forward.

Post notices around where it got lost, and if applicable, contact the Lost & Found department of the facility involved.
