I have a Mac Book Air 13.... How do I download pix from SD card to hard drive and save them in a photo folder?
Then after that how do i retrieve them to send to a friend via text?

Connect an external SD card reader, use Finder to view the contents, select the pictures you want, and drag them onto the Photos app icon.
