How do I reset iPhone 14 Pro without losing data when VoiceOver and automatic screen lock are enabled?

I tuned on VoiceOver by accident and the automatic screen lock came on however, I can't seem to remember my password when I am putting it slow. I've tried to activate Siri to have it turn voice over off but to no avail. I am not at the place where I either have to reset the iPhone 14 Pro or reset. I am trying not to use the reset option but if I do how do I ensure I do not lose my precious data?
