Opened phishing link now, now an unwanted website was opened on my safari

2 days ago, I accidentally opened a phishing link on a text (iPhone) the other morning when I was half asleep. I had clicked a box inside the website to bring me to another page which was a payment page. I did not put my payment information, address, email, ETC in the boxes. I exited the website because I realized it was fake. I cleared my history, restarted my phone, and then did a reset on my phone hours later.

This morning I opened safari and it was on a page that I didn’t go to and the page seemed like a fake investment page.

Is my phone infected with malware or a virus? My phone is updated to 18.3.1. It’s not jailbroken.
