No-- the only views that lock are Recently Deleted and Hidden. Of course, even those just use your phone's password, so if someone can use your password to get into your phone, those won't be very secure, anyway. Probably, if you have stuff on your phone that you want to remain private, the best lock is to keep your password secret.
