Apple developer account asking to purchase even though I already did

ive purchased a apple developer account more than a week ago and contacted support twice as i cant go any further with apple developer.it keeps asking me to purchase when ive already did it.Support is not getting back to me.this is so frustrating that there is no one to contact or to get hold of to resolve the case.ive got a case ID if this can help.

There has been no payments been made in relation to any Apple Developer Programs from what we can see here. I would suggest reaching out to tech support to see if they can check where you have spent money as they will be able to see more than us here in this department.

Make sure you purchased the Developer Subscription with the same Apple Account as the one you are using for your Developer Account. It is not unusual to have a different Apple ID for your Developer Account then the one used for your personal Apple Account.


We have not access to your account information and not sure what method you used for Apple Support, but you can review this page that is specific to Developer Support in case that will help with a resolution.

You’re not chatting with Apple here. We’re other users, and some are other enrolled developers. Not Apple.


In India, you must subscribe only through the Apple Developer app.


Enrollment - Support - Apple Developer


If that subscription is not working, you will need to discuss this with the two entities involved at Apple; with Apple iTunes and App Store Support, and with Apple Developer Support.

I am the actual developer, Shawn just tried to purchase the Subscription on his account as we couldnt get it right no mine to date. Today almost a month after enrolling and attempting to pay, Apple asked for my ID documents which I have jsut provided. It says you will come back to me in two business days. Can we please transfer this purchase to the developer account. So payment s verified and now my identity with my ID documents? Shawn will confirm this is what we are trying to achieve as I am the developer for the venture and coding and publishing the app to the iStore, which is what we need the account subscription for.

You will need to follow up with the Developer Support link already provided. You as the Developer must make that purchase using your Developer ID in order to get the Certificates in order to submit the app to the store. No one else can do that for you.


Thanks for clarifying, as that is much different then what has previously been posted. Also make sure Developer Support knows exactly what you are trying to accomplish, as the information that was provided would likely not give you the resolution you are looking for. It may be that Shawn will need to request a refund and you will have to make that purchase on the Apple ID used for app development, but Apple will have to make that determination. You can easily change app ownership from one developer to another, but I have not seen where you can transfer a Developer Account to another person. That is why the developer must verify their identity to submit the app.
