Request for senior review of unresolved support case

I am writing again regarding my case ID: ***

I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any proper assistance or clear response so far. This has been very frustrating and disappointing.

Apple is known worldwide for its premium products and high-quality customer service. However, my experience in this case has not matched that reputation. Other major companies respond quickly and ensure their customers feel supported and valued. I was expecting the same level of service from Apple.

I kindly request that a senior support representative review my case and contact me directly as soon as possible to resolve this matter. I would appreciate a clear explanation and a proper solution without further delay.

Please treat this matter as urgent. I am still hopeful that Apple will uphold its reputation and provide the customer support it is known for.

I look forward to your prompt response.

Thank you.

Sorry, but you will have to contact the official Apple Support about that.

We are all users here, just like you, and Apple can not be reached by posting here.

Hey @brajesh147 -

As already mentioned, this is a user forum rather than an official channel for contacting Apple.

That said, I can give you my ‘unofficial’ advice based on my past experience navigating Apple’s tech support. I have always had good success escalating complex technical issues by calling and speaking to Apple Support over the phone.

Engaging in a verbal dialogue has a few notable benefits over written formats in such cases:

  • You are able to ensure they fully understand the issue and can quickly make any necessary clarifications to that end.
  • You can efficiently work through the initial ’basic’ troubleshooting steps, which is a prerequisite to escalation.
  • So long as you treat the person on the other end with the patience and respect that you would want if the situation was reversed, you can easily build rapport. (Why is that important? Because they will make the ultimate decision to grant your request for escalation.)

Hope that helps and good 🍀 getting your issue successfully resolved.

That is great advice!
