Unable to stream videos on Netflix or Amazon using my iPhone 16 Pro Max

I have this same issue, ALL streaming apps are not working on my new IPhone16 pro Max. This includes Apple TV, Netflix, paramount, Disney, Amazon. I get error messages on each one including I am

not allowed to watch this due to my location, and I have tried this on 3 separate WIFI networks. I have done a locations Reset, and an all settings Reset. I have restarted the phone, I have deleted the apps and reinstalled them. I am in the same boat as I do not want to hard reset the phone because this was transferred from my old phone. What is the solution?

I just got an iPhone 16 and I’m having this same issue. Everyone of my streaming apps I’m getting a playback error. And support isn’t helping any!

I’m having the same issue and have done all the suggested resets of modem, reinstalled all apps, checked with my internet provider speed test are fine for streaming. This is a new issue because everything worked prior to my recent iOS update.

I’m on iOS 18.3.1 on iPhone 14 with no software update available. I’ve been checking daily for any iOS or app update. Sadly, Netflix is still not working.

I did. Called customer service and everything. Still not working. Deleted the app. Downloaded it back, restarted my phone etc. I did all the trouble shooting i was told to do and it still doesn’t work.

Mine is stuck on loading screen. Netflix said it’s apple’s issue. Apple said it’s Netflix bug issue. Anyone managed to get it fix?

Same problem with Netflix. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting phone and wifi, shifted to mobile data, but nothing worked!

I recently updated iOS, now at 18.3.1, so I thought it might be the problem. However, my sister has the same iOS on her iphone 11 with no problems with Netflix. Mine’s iphone 14.

Try streaming on your macbook tho. It worked fine for me. Reported this issue with Netflix. Hoping anyone could share a solution.

Hey guys! So mine started working yesterday evening. A sudden iPhone update popped up on my phone. After my phone restarted the platforms (all of them) started to work. Try and update your phone guys. I think the latest is 18.4

I am LITERALLYYYY having the same exact problem! None of my platforms work on this new phone! Hulu. Netflix and peacock smh.

Same issue. So annoying! I spent 2 hours with Apple support and the last thing they recommended to try was factory reset. Has anyone tried that? I am not ready to deal with that yet....especially not knowing it will actually fix the issue.
