Exporting/Importing passwords from Enpass to Apple Passwords

I want to transfer my user names, passwords, and associated info from the Enpass app to Apple Passwords. I exported a .csv file from Enpass and tried to import it to Passwords but got a message saying it could not be done because the .csv file is missing column labels. Is there a way to add column labels to make it work? What should the labels say, where do they go, how do I get them there, etc? Thanks for the help.
