Why aren't my Activity rings showing on my Apple Watch?

My iphone watch app shows my movement data however it does not show at all on my watch. Any ideas? I have tried all support directions on Apple site and everything was already set correctly. thx

You may also have paused your rings, to unpause them- go to the activity app then click the rings, you should see a option to change goals and pause rings. If it says unpause rings click that. Hope this helps!

Good afternoon, The only thing I can think of is resetting your Apple Watch by holding in the side button. If this does not work, unpair then repair your watch (No saved activity or data will be lost). If you have not updated your Apple watch- do that by going to settings>scroll down and click "General"> click "Software Update". Make sure your Apple watch is on the charger and above 50%.
