Why does my iPhone screen move while I type?

My iPhone screen moves as I type and ends up off center on other apps.

Does it happen when you swipe down from the bottom of your screen, near the Home Bar? If so, it's probably Reachability. Reach the top of the iPhone screen with one hand - Apple Support

Do you have zoom turned on?

Double tap the screen with three fingers to zoom out.
