apple resources for donations

a few days ago i was chatting with apple sales and i was asking questions about apple free computer for certain communities. she told me that i woul be contacted by a support rep by phone but somehow the call came through but my phone did not ring. however after the ringing stopped i saw a message saying that i had missed the call. i think that this may be confusing to you too. i dont understand it. i did really want to talk to the rep. i have a ref code 16536900. can i get a chat or call on this?
