iPhone 16 Pro not connecting to the Internet with Verizon

I recently signed up with Verizon. I got a new iPhone 16 Pro with my trade-in. I got there home Internet box. All my other devices worked fine with the Internet box. My iPhone 16 Pro will not connect to the Internet. Even in 5G mode, it will not connect to the Internet. Everything else on it works.

Verizon phone. Verizon cell service, Verizon home internet… sounds like you need to talk to Verizon about this.

Thank you for your response. I signed up with Verizon in just the last week. I’m told that this will work itself out. I’m in the process of still talking to them. I was just reaching out to see if others were having the same problem.
