Went into my notes and all my stuff disappeared. How can I get it back? There was times and dates and some passwords. Never had this problem since I had the I phone 5 until my newest 1. Thanks

First if you store your Notes with iCloud, make sure iCloud Sync is turned on, in Settings > Tap your name > iCloud > iCloud Notes > Sync this iPhone. Then check your Recently Deleted folder in the Notes app where you may have accidentally deleted them, they will stay there for 30 days.

Did you recently remove an email account from your phone? If so, perhaps the notes were stored in that account. Try adding it back.
