iPad microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook something went wrong 4ut0z

I have an iPad that I manage the apps via a MDM. I'm receiving this error when I try to sign in MS Word, Excel or Outlook. I do also have web filters to manage where they surface when they use Safari. When I remove the filters the apps work. I am able to enter my email address and password. With the filter on I receive the error message 4ut0z. I'm not sure what the URL that is needed in order for the apps to work on my iPad. I did notice that MS Teams and One Drive work fine. Any help would be appreciated.
