Charging on low power mode

Can i charge my phone on low power mode and after phone is charged then also can i use it on low power mode until i charge it again and i do this in my new iphone from day one. And keep wifi turn on all day for 24 hr to make battery adaptive with daily habbit same with location also please let me know how can i get battery backup of maximum hrs with high usage of phone.
