Pycharm Professional Installation Problems

At this link - https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/?section=mac - I am trying to install the professional version of pycharm and the first sign of trouble is the app logo has a no sign.

After moving it into the applications folder, when you try to open it you get the following message: "You can’t open the application “PyCharm” because this application is not supported on this Mac."

What do I do? I made sure that my software on the macbook is upto date.
