apple denied twice a refund of $43.54

- I tried your app to look at some coins I had. The app stated that it was for free. The same day after I used the free look up, I cancelled and deleted the app. My account was charged $43.54. ($30.99 plus tax $3.55) Your add stated start for free, But then I cancelled and deleted the app. I should not have been charged the $43.54.
- I am requesting a refund. I already requested a refund from apple and they have denied the request so now am asking you.

Apple denied this refund twice, the above was sent to Coin ID directly. They told me contact Apple. Since apple denied the request twice, I can no longer that.
I did try Coin ID on 1/10/25 and cancelled the same day. This expires on 1/10/26. (1 yr from original date)
That is why I am requesting a refund, since I cancelled the same day.
Please review again. I am a senior citizen and can't waste $43.00.
