How to stop unwanted arm vibrations on Apple Watch?

Same problem described before, vibrations similar to Notifications but without watch on my arm. Prrvious advice worthess.

Hello NASA515,

On your iPhone in the Watch App scroll down to Sounds & Haptics > System Haptics slide to Off. You can also under Ringtone and Alerts check Haptics to Off.

Can you give use more details?

Does your watch vibrate while being charged, or just sitting on the table?

Which troubleshooting steps did you already try? Force restart, unpairing?

This has nothing to do with watch settings. These vibrations occur on my arm when the watch is another room!
